Channel Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit new dealers, system integrators, and channel partners specializing in networking and communication products.
• Develop and implement strategic channel programs to grow IPCOM’s market presence and sales revenue.
• Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and competitor activities.
• Negotiate pricing, rebates, and partnership terms to secure long-term dealer relationships.
• Provide training, product updates, and technical support coordination to channel partners.
• Monitor dealer performance, ensuring achievement of assigned sales targets and compliance with IPCOM standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and technical support) for smooth order fulfillment and after-sales service.
• Prepare regular reports on sales forecasts, pipeline development, and partner activities for management review.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

Preferably have direct working experiences with commercial networking brands.

Solid understanding of networking and communication technologies.

Strong partner acquisition, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Must be fluent in English (Mandarin/Chinese is an advantage).

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Willing to travel nationwide.
