Sales Account Executive

Latent Lotus International Corp. (LLIC) is looking for a driven and coachable Junior Technical Sales Associate to join our growing team.

LLIC provides innovative construction solutions, including bonding agents, anchoring systems, reinforcement products, and anti-slip technologies.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Technical Sales team, supporting the growth of Bebond and developing JuraGrip, our anti-slip solutions brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and contact potential contractors, applicators, dealers, developers, and project accounts

• Follow up sales leads, inquiries, quotations, and product samples

• Assist in client presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits

• Help prepare quotations, sales presentations, and technical product information

• Maintain organized records of prospects, accounts, and sales activities

• Coordinate with the technical, sales, and administrative teams

• Gradually handle smaller accounts and develop new business opportunities

• Support exhibitions, forums, and other marketing activities

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Engineering, Architecture, Business, Marketing, or a related course

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Organized, dependable, and consistent with follow-ups

• Willing to conduct fieldwork and visit project sites

• Comfortable speaking with customers and contacting new prospects

• Proficient in email, spreadsheets, presentations, and social media

• Willing to learn technical construction products

• Previous sales or construction industry experience is an advantage, but not required
