Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Shacman heavy-duty trucks and related products and services.
• Identify, develop, and generate new sales opportunities through fieldwork, referrals, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer consultations.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and sales agreements.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales transactions.
• Coordinate with the Finance, Service, and Parts Departments to ensure smooth processing and delivery of customer orders.
• Provide excellent after-sales service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets set by management.

Represent the company during trade shows, exhibits, and marketing events.

Perform other sales-related duties assigned by the Sales Manager.
