The Sales Support Associate plays a pivotal role in expanding market presence and driving client success in the field. Operating directly on-site, the Associate bridges the gap between field operations and prospective clients through proactive lead generation, hands-on product implementation, and ongoing account support. This role is responsible for onboarding new merchants, fostering strong business relationships, and delivering immediate, on-the-ground support to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications

• At least college level (open to undergraduate)
• Good communication skills
• 1 yr experience in Sales but FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY
• Willing to do FIELD WORK around METRO MANILA
• can start ASAP

• Lead Generation through saturation of areas
• Status checking and testing
• Help ensure product adoption and effective display
• Merchant concerns escalations
• Basic concerns handling
• Business Opportunity checking
• Basic troubleshooting handling
• Collecting Testimonials and Case Studies from Merchants
• Other tasks that may be prescribed that are still related to the main services to be rendered.
