Sales Representative

Salary: ₱35,000 per month

Location: Ortigas Center, Pasig City (Onsite)

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team supporting a US-based law firm. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, qualifying leads, conducting initial consultations, and helping connect individuals with legal services that meet their needs.

This position is ideal for candidates with a strong sales background who are comfortable speaking with potential clients, building rapport, overcoming objections, and achieving conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and engage prospective clients through inbound and outbound communications
• Qualify leads and gather relevant information regarding potential legal matters
• Explain services and guide potential clients through the intake process
• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication
• Schedule consultations and appointments as needed
• Accurately document client information in company systems
• Meet sales, conversion, and performance targets
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a sales-oriented BPO environment
• Background in legal services, legal intake, paralegal work, or law firm operations
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM/case management systems
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
• Experience with consultative, solution-based, or relationship-based sales
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients or companies
