Sales Personnel

Qualification:

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing or Sales environment.
• Basic knowledge of modular cabinetry, including an understanding of laminated boards, cabinet accessories & hardwares and services like cutting and edgebanding.
• Highly personable, confident, aggressive, and sales-driven with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in cold calling, phone etiquette, and creative problem-solving to find client solutions.
• Proficient in MS Office applications. specifically Excel. for data tracking and proposal building.
• Willing to be assigned at Maybunga, Pasig - our subsidiary INNOVE BUILDERS Corp.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in lead generation strategies, in such as cold calling, to identify business prospects and create a list of potential customers.
• Assess customer requirements and recommend specific products, solutions, or modular cabinet designs based on identified project needs.
• Prepare comprehensive sales proposals and pricing target tailored to the specific needs and challenges of the customer's business.
• Execute implementation plans with customers, monitor, progress to ensure timelines are met, and identify barriers to successful project delivery.
• Periodically check customer feedback to ensure satisfaction while identifying opportunities for upselling or renewals.
• Regularly monitor and update a database of customers, logging all interactions, actions taken, and specific outcomes.
• Answer questions regarding INNOVE BUILDERS, INC. products and services, including material specifications for cabinetry and other services.
