Job Summary

The Ellas Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting and recommending Ella Beverages, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Ella Robot Barista station. The role requires a customer-focused, sales-driven, and hardworking individual who is willing to learn and work as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding Ella Beverages, products, and services.
• Provide a positive and welcoming customer experience.
• Handle customer concerns and coordinate with the team when necessary.

2. Sales and Product Knowledge

• Promote and recommend Ella Beverages based on customers’ preferences and needs.
• Explain beverage options, ingredients, and available promotions.
• Maintain updated knowledge of products, new beverages, and current market trends.
• Encourage customers to try new or featured beverages.

3. Sales Goals and Performance

• Actively work toward achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Promote products and special offers to increase sales.
• Monitor customer preferences and identify opportunities to improve sales.
• Support the team in achieving overall store sales goals.

4. Store and Ella Machine Operations

• Process customer transactions and assist with payments.
• Operate and monitor the Ella Robot Barista Machine properly.
• Ensure the machine and surrounding area are clean, organized, and presentable.
• Perform basic operational checks and immediately report any machine issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Restock ingredients, supplies, cups, packaging, and other necessary items.
• Assist with inventory monitoring and reporting of low-stock items.
• Perform other general store and operational tasks as assigned.

5. Teamwork, Events, and Promotions

• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist in executing in-store events, promotions, product launches, and marketing activities.
• Support promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities.
• Maintain a positive and cooperative working relationship with colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school graduate, college graduate, or fresh graduate.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, food service, or barista work is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to learn and be trained.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented and sales-driven.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of computers/POS systems is an advantage.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, or shifting schedules when required.
