Key Responsibilities

• Inquiry Management: Respond promptly to incoming client questions across social media platforms, chat systems, and hotlines.
• Booking Conversion: Guide prospects through our deep cleaning options to secure calendar slots and close sales.
• Value Upselling: Identify customer pain points to recommend complementary service add-ons and sterilization top-ups.
• Schedule Coordination: Input and maintain clean, organized calendar bookings for our field cleaning teams.
• Client Retention: Follow up with past residential and commercial accounts to encourage recurring bookings.

Qualifications

1. Prior experience in retail sales, telemarketing, telesales, or high-volume customer care.
2. High energy with a natural ability to pitch solutions and overcome price objections.
3. Strong multitasking skills to manage multiple active chat conversations efficiently.
4. Language Requirement: Fluency in Cebuano or Davaoeño (Bisaya) is strictly required to effectively serve and expand our regional clientele.
