Sales Representative

Job Summary

The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling solar panels and solar energy products to potential customers. The role involves identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, assisting customers with product information, preparing quotations, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work experience in sales or a related field.

• Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.

• Willingness to conduct client visits or attend meetings when required.

• Basic knowledge of solar energy products is an advantage but not required.

• Experience in solar panels, renewable energy, or electrical products is an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service and negotiation skills.

• Goal-oriented, hardworking, and self-motivated.

• Willing to learn about solar energy products and services.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Promote and sell solar panels and solar energy products.

• Identify and contact potential customers.

• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.

• Prepare sales quotations and proposals.

• Handle customer inquiries and follow up on sales leads.

• Maintain good relationships with customers.

• Achieve assigned sales targets.

• Coordinate with the technical and operations teams as needed.

• Prepare sales reports and update customer records.

• Perform other sales-related duties assigned by management.

Perks and Benefits

• Salary: ₱20,000 – ₱25,000 per month

• Sales Commission: Earn commission for every successful sale, on top of your salary.

• No Monthly Sales Quota – Earn commission for every successful sale without a required monthly sales target until December 31, 2026.

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

• Weekends: Saturday and Sunday off

• Shift: Day Shift

• Work Location: BF Homes, Parañaque City.
