Qualifications:

- At least second year college level

- Confident & Charismatic

- Good communication skills (English or Taglish; natural conversation)

- Must have good work experience in customer service jobs.

- Preferably with Sales/Retail Sales Work Experience

- Open to shifting schedules

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance and assist with discovery of electronic cigarettes.

- Educate adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products, about the e-cigarette product and conduct a guided trial

- Perform seamless purchase transactions, assisting with customization and database registration & after-sales services

- Provide exceptional customer service experience by executing product diagnosis, returns and replacements in line with the company’s consumer-centric principles
