Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences.
• Promote and sell products while achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
• Provide accurate information on product features, specifications, pricing, and promotions.
• Ensure merchandise is properly displayed, organized, and replenished at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned selling area.
• Process sales transactions and assist customers with inquiries and after-sales concerns.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to the supervisor.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, company promotions, and store policies.
• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate.
• College level or graduate is an advantage.
• Experience in retail sales is preferred; experience in gaming, electronics, or gadgets is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service-oriented with good selling skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Energetic, trustworthy, and a team player.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
