As a Field Sales Specialist, you will be a key contributor to our success by driving sales growth and representing our brand to customers in Central Luzon area.

As a Field Sales Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and targeting new clients within a designated territory.
• Nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients, ensuring their construction needs are met.
• Providing comprehensive product knowledge and support to customers.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective prospecting and negotiation.
• Collaborating closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• A bachelor’s degree in business or any related course.
• Atleast 1 year sales experience, preferably in the construction or building materials industry and/or in medical field
• Female with pleasing personality

· Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

• In-depth knowledge of cement products and the wholesale distribution process.
• A proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
