We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Representative will identify customer needs, present products or services, negotiate contracts, and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.

• Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients.

• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline using CRM software.

• Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to improve customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer relationship management abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel, if required.
