- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain knowledge of current technology trends and advancements in computer hardware.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years as Computer Technician and Retail
- Skills and Competencies: Computer Hardware and Peripherals
- Skills and Competencies: Communication Skills
- Skills and Competencies: Problem Solving
- Qualities and Traits: Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
