CAPP industries int'l inc., an authorized distributor of Jotun Paints, is looking for a passionate, results driven Sales Account Representative to help grow our business and build lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Jotun paint and coating solutions to new and existing customers.
• Develop new accounts and identify business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and expand market coverage.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and conduct product presentations.
• Build strong customer relationships through regular client visits and after-sales support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Submit sales reports, forecasts and market updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 2years of experience, preferably in paints, construction materials, industrial products or B2B sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Professional, customer-focused, and results-oriented.
• Willing to travel and conduct field work.
• A valid driver's license is an advantage.
