Sales Representative (Food Park)

Job Summary

The Sales Representative is responsible for finding potential vendors who are interested in leasing a space in the Food Park. The role is primarily office-based and involves contacting prospects, answering inquiries, and assisting vendors with the leasing process. Visits to the Food Park may be required when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Look for potential food and non-food vendors.
• Contact prospective vendors through phone calls, social media, or email.
• Explain the available vendor spaces and rental rates.
• Answer inquiries and follow up with interested vendors.
• Assist vendors in completing the leasing requirements.
• Keep a list of leads and vendor inquiries.
• Meet the monthly target for vendor acquisition.
• Visit the Food Park when needed for meetings or site tours.

Qualifications

• College graduate or at least college level.
• Experience in sales is an advantage but not required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work in an office-based setup and visit the Food Park as needed.
