Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with their shopping needs.

• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked shelves and displays.
• Support inventory replenishment and general store operations.
• Promote current sales, loyalty programs, and featured products.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail or customer service experience at least 3 months
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Willing to work onsite
