Sales Representative

Job Summary

The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling coffee products, coffee beans, and coffee equipment to businesses such as cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices, and other establishments. The role focuses on generating new accounts, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers.
• Promote and sell coffee products and coffee equipment.
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations and assist customers with their requirements.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up on leads and sales opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Submit regular sales activity and performance reports.

Qualifications

• Educational attainment is not required.

• Sales experience is an advantage but not required.

• Previous Barista experience is welcome.

• Willing to engage in sales activities and fieldwork.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Customer-oriented and results-driven.

• Willing to travel within assigned areas.
