Junior Booking Officer (Sales)

About the Role 

GT Rentals PH is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused Junior Booking Officer to join our growing team.

This role is perfect for fresh college graduates, senior high graduates, or undergraduates with at least 3 months of sales or customer-facing experience who are eager to start their career.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Sales Support

• Respond promptly to booking inquiries via chat and calls.
• Assist clients with pricing, availability, and service details.
• Confidently build rapport and guide conversations toward confirmed bookings.
• Ensure all booking details are complete prior to endorsement.

Booking & Administrative Support

• Prepare rental contracts for confirmed bookings.
• Monitor booking schedules and send timely updates.
• Maintain accurate calendars, booking trackers, and shared tools.
• Coordinate with operators regarding unit availability and confirmations.

Driver & Operations Support

• Assist drivers with key releases and returns.
• Monitor and record driver logs as needed.
• Coordinate parking availability and ensure proper unit monitoring.
• Communicate booking updates and dispatch details to drivers.

Records & Coordination

• Accurately encode booking details and maintain organized digital records.
• Support daily operational coordination and task completion.
• Assist the team in meeting booking and service targets.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Open to Fresh Graduates, Senior High Graduates, or Undergraduates.
• At least 3 months of sales, telemarketing, online selling, or customer service experience is plus.
• Experience in a target-driven environment is an advantage.

• Willing to work in a stay-in setup in Marikina.

This role will require you to stay-in our company provided board and lodging, with food and utilities allowance provided.
