Field Sales Representative

The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for generating sales, building relationships with clients, and ensuring the company’s products and services are effectively promoted in the assigned territory. This role requires proactive engagement with potential and existing customers to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the company's products and services to prospective and existing clients within the assigned area.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and quotas.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Identify and understand client needs to recommend suitable products or services.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and provide insights to the management team.
• Strategically plan routes and schedules to maximize coverage and minimize costs.
• Submit accurate and timely sales reports, including daily sales activities, achievements, and customer interactions.
• Maintain records of client transactions, orders, and follow-ups.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to align on strategies and goals.

Qualifications:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field (preferred but not required).
• 1-3 years proven work experience in sales, marketing, or related field (experience in the local market is an advantage).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in the field and travel extensively within the assigned area.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license (if required for the role).
