Job Responsibilities

• Territory Growth: Maintain and grow business by finding new leads and expanding market reach.
• Area Saturation: Travel and cover specific assigned locations or addresses through field visits.
• Prospecting: Research and visit client or project sites to turn prospects into active buyers.
• Client Support: Prepare price quotes, explain lighting products, and meet client needs quickly.
• Credit & Collection: Help clients complete credit assessment papers and ensure accurate documentation and timely payments.

Job Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of any Bachelor's/College Degree.
• Experience: Past sales background in lighting, hardware, paints, tiles, or construction supplies.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and time-management skills.
• Computer Literacy: Skilled in basic office software like MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Personal Traits: Honest, trustworthy, and comfortable with field travel.
• Aware of Sales Quota
• Can drive B1 and B2 license is required
