Hospeco Philippines Inc. – Field Sales Representative

Location: Mandaluyong City

Work Setup: Full Onsite

Work Schedule: 8:00am – 5:00pm

The Role: We are hiring a Field Sales Representative to drive B2B sales for our hygiene, sanitation, and institutional cleaning solutions. You will pitch directly to purchasing and facilities to expand our market footprint.

What You'll Do:

• Hunt and secure new B2B accounts (hotels, restaurants, catering, corporate offices).
• Conduct in-person product demonstrations of our hygiene systems and chemicals.
• Manage a daily field schedule to meet with clients within your territory.
• Prepare quotations, handle price negotiations, and close deals.
• Coordinate with operations for product delivery and installations.
• Directly reporting to the Country Manager.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of B2B outside sales experience or any general sales experience
• Good face-to-face negotiation and presentation skills.
• Must be willing to travel daily for field assignments and possibly possess a valid driver's license.
• Preferably residing near Mandaluyong/NCR
