(RESPONSIBILITIES)*
1. *B2B Business Development*: Prospect, generate leads, and hunt for new corporate business accounts.
2. *Executive Pitching*: Deliver high-impact client presentations and construct competitive proposals for HR managers, business owners, and corporate executives.
3. *Product Expert*: Design and sell crucial B2B insurance solutions including Group Life, Group Health/HMO, Employee Benefits, and Property & Casualty insurance.
4. *Pipeline Management*: Use CRM systems and Microsoft Office to efficiently organize your sales pipeline and track prospective accounts.
(QUALIFICATIONS)*
1. *Education*: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or any related field.
2. *Experience*: Strong background in corporate or B2B insurance sales.
3. *Product Knowledge*: Solid understanding of corporate packages (HMO, Group Life, Employee Benefits).
4. *Corporate Polish*: Exceptional communication, executive presentation, and contract negotiation skills.
5. *Mindset*: Highly professional, confident, results-oriented, and target-driven.
*Position Details*: Bel-Air, Makati City | Mon-Fri 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | ₱27,000 – ₱32,000 | Direct Hire
