AU RETAIL – B2B SALES - Handle B2B sales for Australian retail clients, engage business customers, identify sales opportunities, recommend products/services, manage objections, close sales, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements: At least 2 years B2B Sales experience, strong English communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to work on a shifting schedule, predominantly dayshift.

• Handle business-to-business (B2B) sales for Australian retail clients.
• Make outbound calls to business customers, clients, or potential accounts to promote products and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Generate new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting and product presentation to closing and follow-up.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.
• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records using CRM or internal systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
