₱10,000 Allowance + Commission

Location: Manila

We are looking for motivated, proactive, and results-oriented Sales Representatives who will actively find clients and new construction and renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Look for potential clients who need construction, renovation, remodeling, or repair services.
• Actively search for projects through field work, social media, referrals, networking, and online platforms.
• Go around assigned areas wearing the company uniform to look for potential clients and projects.
• Talk to homeowners, business owners, and property owners about their construction needs.
• Promote and explain our construction and renovation services.
• Follow up with potential clients and turn leads into actual projects.
• Arrange site visits and coordinate with the project team.
• Assist with quotations and proposals.
• Keep track of leads and provide regular updates.
• Meet monthly sales quotas/targets.

Qualifications

• Sales, Marketing, Business, Construction, or related experience is an advantage.
• Experience in construction, renovation, real estate, or property-related sales is a plus but not required.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Confident and comfortable talking to potential clients.
• Hardworking, proactive, and goal-oriented.
• Willing to do field work and travel.
• Willing to wear the company uniform.
• Sales experience is an advantage but not required.
• Construction, renovation, or real estate experience is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
