Qualifications Education

• At least Senior High School Graduate or College Graduate

Experience

• 6 months – 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or any related field
• Experience with cash handling preferred
• Knowledge in online selling is a plust

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Process sales transactions accurately
• Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints professionally
• Maintain product knowledge, including features, pricing, and promotions
• Ensure merchandise is free of dirt/damage, properly displayed, stocked, and priced
• Monitor inventory levels accurately and assist with stock replenishment
• Maintain cleanliness and visual presentation of the sales floor
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue
• Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Stay updated on new products, promotions, and company policies
• Assist with store opening/closing procedures as needed
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals
