Job Responsibilities

Visit existing customers to understand their needs and provide updates on delivery schedules and progress.

Share and communicate customer requests and requirements internally.

Prepare quotations, including checking costs.

Manage the manufacturing and production progress of products.

Coordinate and manage product deliveries.

Manage sales and related administrative tasks.

Coordinate with the Japan office regarding customer requirements, production, and deliveries.

Sales experience

Experience in customer-facing / liaison roles

Practical experience using Microsoft Excel (including data entry for quotation preparation)

JLPT N3,N2, speaking level N2

Experience working in Japan or a Japanese company.

Worked with Japanese before

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:00

※Under the contract, the work schedule is Monday through Saturday. However, Saturdays are generally off in practice. Based on records, Saturday work is required only approximately 1–2 times per year.
