Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers regarding service and repair concerns.
• Conduct initial assessment of customer concerns and document service requirements accurately.
• Prepare service quotations and explain recommended repairs and maintenance services.
• Coordinate with technicians regarding repair status and job completion.
• Provide regular updates to customers on repair progress and estimated completion time.
• Ensure proper documentation of service records and work orders.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and service-related concerns professionally.
• Promote preventive maintenance programs and service packages.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Amenable to work in Aguinaldo highway, Palicio 1, Imus Cavite

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree or Automotive-related course

Work Location: In person

• With at least 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor, Customer Service Representative, or related role.
• Experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
