Junior Sales Representative – Job Description

The Junior Salesman is responsible for actively promoting and selling the company’s products and services through fieldwork and client engagement. The role involves building strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field sales activities, including regular client visits and area coverage
• Promote and sell company products and services to existing and potential customers
• Build, develop, and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads
• Submit accurate and timely daily sales activity and performance reports
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas

Qualifications:

• Willing to do extensive fieldwork
• With good communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• With Drivers License
• With Own Motorcycle
