About the Company

Kai Tian Trading Inc. is a growing trading company engaged in auto parts, agricultural machinery, e-bikes, and related products. Our business is primarily B2B, working closely with distributors, dealers, and resellers nationwide. As we continue to expand, we are looking to strengthen our sales team with driven and resilient Sales Executives.

Position Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new distributor accounts, and driving sales growth across multiple product categories. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and willingness to travel for client meetings and market development.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and develop new distributors, dealers, and B2B clients
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts
• Conduct field visits, sales calls, and presentations to potential partners
• Promote and sell company products including auto parts, agricultural machinery, e-bikes, and other related items
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
• Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams for order fulfillment
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
• Submit regular sales reports, client updates, and activity plans
• Represent the company professionally in meetings, trade visits, and on-site negotiations

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of sales experience (B2B experience is an advantage)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven
• Willing to travel and conduct field work
• Ability to build long-term business relationships
• Basic knowledge of sales documentation and reporting
• Experience in auto parts, machinery, or e-bikes is a plus but not required
