Duties and Responsibilities

Loan Operations

• Assist in opening new loan accounts within the assigned route.
• Support the renewal and processing of existing loans.
• Conduct client visits for loan validation and verification.
• Explain loan products, policies, and payment schedules to clients.

Collection Activities

• Collect loan payments from clients in accordance with company procedures.
• Issue official receipts and ensure accurate recording of collections.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and assist in collection efforts.
• Maintain proper handling and safekeeping of collected funds.

Client Relations

• Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
• Address client inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Provide quality customer service and promote client satisfaction.

Documentation and Administration

• Complete and submit required reports and forms accurately and on time.
• Organize and maintain client files and supporting documents.
• Verify the completeness and accuracy of loan requirements.
• Assist in route planning and daily operational activities.

Field Operations

• Perform 100% fieldwork within assigned communities.
• Travel to different barangays and municipalities as required.
• Assist the Route Manager and Commercial Team in achieving route targets.
• Comply with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Level.
• Must know how to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Possesses a valid driver's license.
• Willing to perform extensive fieldwork and travel within assigned areas.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic mathematical and documentation skills.
• Customer service, sales, collections, or fieldwork experience is an advantage.
• Trustworthy, hardworking, and goal-oriented.

Working Conditions
