The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for developing a proactive and advisory-driven distribution of the range of products which Grand Majesty Pharmaceutical Inc., offers. He/she is also responsible in assisting the company's marketing activities in coordination with Marketing/Field Sales Head, which includes but not limited to planning, implementation and evaluation of sales strategies and objectives to create and increase product demand and the achievement of sales objectives and sales targets. 

Duties and Responsibilities

I. Identify prospective customers thru mapping, lead generation and conversion.

II. Conduct Business Review (BR) in all accounts covered using the sales template of Majesty Pharma as reference.

III.bSubmit Minutes of the Meeting (MOM) every time a Business Review has been conducted during coverage.

IV. Work on the conversion of Majesty non-buying items into buying by customer.

V. Provide assistance in the placement of new SKUs and monitoring of movements thereafter.

VI. Ensures availability of all Majesty products lines in all covered outlets in the area.

VII. Maintains awareness of competitive products and developments in related area of market trends.                                                                                                                                     

VIII. Determines other sales and marketing development needs of the area and submits recommendations to the Field Sales Head for approval and immediate action.                                                                                                                             

IX. Monitors competitors’ activities and strategies and report thereafter to his/her superior.                                                                                              

X. Consistently observes market dominance within the area.

XI. Establishes and maintains excellent PR to customers.

XII. Ensure accounts serviceability at all times.
