1. Identifies individuals, companies, and government agencies as prospective F.A.S.T. Laboratories' customers.

2. Promotes F.A.S.T. Laboratories services these prospective customers.

3. Submits accomplished customer information sheet for database and term application.

4. Submits price quotations and secures orders from customers.

5. Closes contracts for projects and endorses to laboratory operations thru the Technical

Sales Coordinator.

6. Maintains and expands business coverage with both new and existing customers.

7. Ensures timely payment collection for the services rendered.

8. Collaborates with the departments (Quality, Technical, Laboratory, Accounting, and Human

Resource) for project execution and completion.

9. Communicates the customer's feedback, concerns, and requests to the concerned department through the Quality Management System team.

10. Participates in trade expositions for market visibility, network expansion, and business growth.

11. Ensures proper and strict implementation of marketing & sales systems.
