Key Responsibilities

• Consultative Sales: Assist walk-in customers and contractors in selecting tiles and finishing supplies that match their project requirements and budget.
• Technical Advice: Provide expert product guidance, explaining the differences between materials (e.g., ceramic vs. porcelain) to ensure the right fit for the client.
• Relationship Management: Deliver honest information and consistent follow-up to maintain our reputation for reliability.
• Inventory & Systems: Use internal computer systems to verify stock levels and accurately process customer orders.

Requirements

Work Schedule & Type

• Type: Full-time
• Shift: 8-hour shifts
