Qualifications:

• At least Senior High School Graduate
• With or without experience
• Experience or knowledge in electrical supplies is an advantage
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Computer literate, proficient in MS Office
• Honest, hardworking, and willing to learn

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting electrical products and supplies based on their needs.
• Promote and sell company products to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, sales invoices, and other sales-related documents.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment with the warehouse or purchasing team.
• Arrange and display products properly to ensure an organized and attractive store appearance.
• Conduct follow-ups on quotations and pending customer orders.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally.
• Assist ininventory counting and stock management activities.
• Prepare dailysales reports and submit required documentation on time.
