Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Representative to join our team. The Representative will act as the first point of contact for customers, clients, or partners, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks with professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers, clients, or partners.
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications (e.g., phone calls, emails, live chats).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Promote and explain products or services to customers, ensuring they understand the benefits and features.
  • Process orders, returns, or service requests as needed.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer trends, issues, and satisfaction levels.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets, such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and sales quotas (if applicable).

Requirements

- Education: College degree (Bachelor’s preferred) in Business, Marketing, Public Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B or government sales environment.

- Previous experience selling to or working with government entities is a strong advantage.Salary will be 22000 per month plus commission base.

Skills:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present and engage with government stakeholders.

- Ability to understand and navigate government procurement processes and regulations.

- Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and sales reporting tools.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to handle rejection while staying focused on targets.
