Description

Customer Outreach & Prospecting:

  • Identify and target potential customers through various methods including cold calls, email outreach, and networking.

Sales Presentations:

  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultative selling to prospective clients.

Lead Management:

  • Manage leads and opportunities in the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and consistent communication.

Negotiation & Closing:

  • Negotiate pricing and terms with customers, aiming to close deals and meet sales quotas.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle and beyond.

Market Research:

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to effectively position our products.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing and support teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets in CRM systems.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. (A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.)

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment. Experience in [industry-specific] sales is a plus.

Communication Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers at all levels.

Negotiation Skills:

  • Ability to negotiate effectively, manage objections, and close sales.

Problem Solving:

  • Strong ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions through our products and services.

Goal-Oriented:

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and working in a target-driven environment.

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Team Player:

  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.

Self-Motivated:

  • Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Travel:

  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, events, or trade shows.
