Description

  • Identify and engage potential customers through prospecting, cold calls, and networking.
  • Present and promote products/services to prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized recommendations to drive sales.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Track sales activities, update CRM systems, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Requirement

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Salary: PHP 15,000 - 20,000
