Description

We're looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calling, identifying and pursuing new sales leads, and building strong relationships with customers. Your goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective customers
  • Identify and qualify new sales leads, converting them into appointments and sales
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Build rapport with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound cold calling sales
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in home services or related industry (desired)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., (link unavailable)


Compensation:

15,000 Basic + Sales Commissions
