Job Details:

  • Position: Sales Representative
  • Location: Legazpi City, Albay
  • Salary: From Php13,000 to Php25,000 per month plus commissions of up to Php100,000
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday | Rotational shift
  • Work Setup: Onsite
  • Fresh graduates of any four-year course are welcome to apply


Job Goal / Rationale

We seek a passionate and motivated Sales Representative to join our sales team! As our Sales Representative, your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by increasing sales. Your main goal will be to turn leads and prospects into clients.



Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
  • Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Conduct high-volume prospecting to qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media from the company's lead database.
  • Researching and evaluating additional leads/prospects through web research
  • Seek new business opportunities from existing and prospective clients by introducing the company's affiliate programs and offerings.
  • Onboard new affiliates, ensuring that their audiences are aligned with our target markets
  • Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and meet or exceed the assigned quota of multiple calls/emails per day.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory/market's potential, and track sales and status reports.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Stay updated with new products/services and pricing/payment plans. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.

Requirement

  • Fresh graduates of any four-year course are welcome to apply.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. 
  • Must be able to connect with customers and build relationships.
  • Excellent at handling objections.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Self-disciplined and organized; able to consistently hit daily and monthly targets with limited supervision
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule
