The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for answering inbound calls and selling the full suite of Mobile Monitoring Unit Products to existing and potential customers.
Answer inbound calls from existing and potential customers interested in Mobile Monitoring Unit Products.
Can effectively market features or products to individuals aged 60 and above.
Must be able to work with sales processing software and use it within Company guidelines.
Must achieve daily, weekly, and monthly quotas set up by management.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Representative (preferably healthcare-related but not required)
With B2B, B2C, or Cold Calling Experience
Strong communication and computer skills are required.
Ability to carefully listen and negotiate with callers, especially the elders.
Ability to effectively communicate products and services to callers.
Ability to Pitch aggressively. Quickly outlining products or services and pushing for a commitment from prospects.
Ability to Overcome Objections: Addressing resistance or objections swiftly to move prospects towards a purchase decision.
Emotional Appeals: Using emotional triggers to encourage impulse buying among consumers.
