Description
- Nurture and grow client relationships.
- Maintain knowledge of NDM Marketing Solutions' services in the BPO & Call Center industry
- Engage in lead generation and outreach strategies
- Execute sales presentations and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Provide detailed sales reports
- Collaborate with team members to identify market trends.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is preferable.
- Experience Level: We are looking for individuals with 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a related industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in negotiation, sales support, sales training, and sales management. Strong creative problem-solving abilities, adept at relationship building, with fluency in English. Excellent communication skills and experience with customer relationship management tools like Salesforce.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, providing customer support, conducting sales training, and maintaining client relationships.
- Working Conditions: This position may require flexible hours and working under pressure. Some travel may be involved for client meetings and industry events.
- Qualities and Traits: We seek a self-motivated individual with a results-driven approach, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
