Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Airline Ticketing Sales Agent. As an integral part of our airline ticketing department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to walk-in clients, handling inbound calls, and responding to chat inquiries. Your primary objective will be to offer our ticketing services to all potential customers across various online platforms, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.


  • Client Interaction: Interact with walk-in clients, inbound calls, and chat inquiries with a courteous and professional demeanor.
  • Sales: Actively promote and sell airline ticketing services to clients, addressing their travel needs and preferences.
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, promotions, and booking procedures.
  • Booking Management: Assist clients in making flight reservations, modifications, cancellations, and processing payments accurately.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries efficiently, striving to achieve positive outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and industry trends to effectively assist clients and answer inquiries.
  • Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation and paperwork related to ticketing transactions are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to meet sales targets, share best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the department.
  • Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and standards in all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek opportunities for personal and professional development to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service excellence.

Requirement

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and online booking systems.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and documentation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Knowledge of airline ticketing procedures and industry regulations is desirable but not mandatory.
