Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects within the luxury market segment
Present and sell Amsamm Property & Development, Inc. products, ensuring client satisfaction
Analyze the territory/market’s potential to maximize sales
Stay up-to-date with interior design trends and the product portfolio
Collaborate with design team to meet clients' needs
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services

Job Title: Sales Representative
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or relevant field required.
Experience Level: Candidates must possess 1 - 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Skills and Competencies: Must have skills in Sales Support, Sales Management, Teamwork, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills. Experience in Sales/Leasing is preferred.
Responsibilities and Duties: Responsible for generating leads, managing client accounts, negotiating sales contracts, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Must ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
Working Conditions: This position might require travel and attendance at networking events. Candidates should be prepared for dynamic work hours.
