Description :

  • Boost sales by understanding client's needs and matching them with the right services.

Requirements :

  • Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have at least a High/Senior High School degree; further education in sales or marketing will be an advantage.
  • Experience Level: Applicants with less than 1 year of experience are welcome, preferably with exposure to retail or customer service environments.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organizational and coordination abilities, proficient in written and verbal communication, adept at CRM software, and a sharp attention to detail.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries and sales, manage product displays, conduct stock checks, process transactions, handle reports, and maintain a clean working environment.
  • Working Conditions: Work includes retail hours, which may involve weekends and holidays. The position requires prolonged periods of standing and moving around the sales floor.
  • Qualities and Traits: Candidates should be friendly, approachable, adaptable, have a proactive work ethic, and be capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
