The Customer Development Sales Order
Management
The Sales Order Management Lead is responsible
for overseeing the end-to-end sales order process to ensure accurate,
efficient, and timely order fulfillment, adhering to company policies and
practices. Responsible for ensuring data integrity in the system, enhancing
workflow and processes, and maintaining a high standard of customer
satisfaction. The lead role also supports the department's sales goals by
providing strategic insights and data to department heads and management.
