Duties and responsibilities:

· Accurately and efficiently encode all data that needs organizing and recording

· Self-audit your work checking for errors or duplication.

· Adhere to and meet set schedules and deadlines.

· Assures files are properly prepared and saved to back up drives.

· Report any major errors or inconsistencies to upper management.

· Ensures zero errors of posted transactions.

· Ensures accurate and timely posting and updating of inventory-related transactions in the system such as sales, purchases, and transfers.

Qualifications:

· Candidate must be a graduate of any course

· Prior experience in data entry, order processing, or a similar role is a plus

· Knowledgeable with any ERP system such as Netsuite, SAP and others software

· Can work with minimal supervision.

· With at least 1 year experience as sales order encoder.

· Can start ASAP
