The Sales Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging with customers, closing sales, and delivering excellent customer service across various sales channels (online and/or offline). This role involves product promotion, order processing, and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with customers through chat, calls, and/or in-person interactions
• Promote and sell company products effectively to meet and exceed sales targets
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints
• Process orders accurately and coordinate with the fulfillment team for timely delivery
• Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, promotions, and pricing
• Monitor and follow up on pending orders and customer inquiries
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports as required

Qualifications:

• Management graduate or any related course
• With experience in sales, retail, or e-commerce is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with a positive and engaging personality
• Sales-driven and goal-oriented
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of online selling platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) is an advantage
