To support the sales team by processing orders, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely and efficient customer transactions.

Skills/Competencies:

1. Order Entry & Processing

• Receive purchase orders from customers via email, phone, or system.
• Verify order details such as product codes, quantities, pricing, and delivery dates.
• Accurately encode orders into the company’s sales/order management system.

2. Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with accounting for payment confirmation or credit approval.
• Update customers on order status, shipment details, and any issues that may arise.

3. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain organized records of orders, invoices, and delivery receipts.
• Generate daily, weekly, or monthly sales order reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in handling orders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year course), preferably in Business, IT, or related field
• Fresh graduates may be considered; experience in sales operations or data processing is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with CRM or ERP systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
