Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
• Proven experience in B2B and B2C Sales, Lead Generation, and Business Development.
• Strong background in Digital Marketing and Brand Management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasing personality with a professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Social Media Management, and Marketing Tools.
• Knowledge of online and offline marketing strategies is an advantage.
• Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns while monitoring performance and results.
• Background in the medical or healthcare Representative is an advantage but not required.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute online and offline marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
• Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Plan, implement, and manage promotional campaigns while monitoring analytics to ensure cost-effective results.
• Present products and services to prospective clients with confidence and professionalism.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills in client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and day-to-day coordination.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
